Payment & Fees 50% required upfront and the 2nd half due 7 days prior to arrival Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 7 days after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest. Cancellations Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.

House Rules: A $500 Security Deposit is required to confirm booking. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.

Guest must sign our rental agreement in other to confirm booking.

Absolutely No Pets Allowed- will forfeit the $500 refundable deposit if pets are brought into our property.

For the comfort of our guests, there will be no smoking or vaping inside the property, or anywhere on our decks or patio. Will forfeit the $500 refundable deposit if evidence is found.

No Events or Parties allowed in our house

No illegal activities, any evidence of this will result in immediate removal from the property with NO REFUND!

Must be 24 yrs or older to book

No Extra Guest- $100 per guest per night will be charged

Do NOT leave garbage /trash in front of the property at any time- you must walk to the chute/dumpster and throw in the dumpster.
